How we ‘Empower’ young women
Can we play?
It is not hard for children to find something to play with - it is a brilliant desire that comes naturally from within a child. Children learn about communication, emotions, balance, values, their abilities and resilience all through play.
Child Development
Did you know that in the first five years of a child’s life, their brain develops connections faster than at any other time in their life. These young years are when the foundations for learning, communication, health and behaviour for life are laid down.
Women’s Group
Sanctuary Aus offers women of Canberra the opportunity to come together regularly to learn from each other and connect. The women are a mixture of young and not so young ladies from a wide variety of backgrounds.
